Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using this service. By using the service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. Intended use (personal, private use)
This service is a tool for organizing and managing your own bookmarks, intended for personal, private use. It is not intended for commercial use, bulk storage or sharing for business purposes, or redistribution to third parties. Thumbnail and title previews are shown only within each user's private space, to help that user revisit pages they saved themselves.
3. Bookmarks and thumbnails
The titles, favicons, and thumbnails (shareable images / page captures, etc.) of links you save are displayed based on publicly available page information. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to save and display those links and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party. We respect crawler-exclusion settings (robots / noindex, etc.) and promptly honor display-stop and removal requests from rights holders. Please contact us via the Support & Takedown window.
4. Recording, screenshots, and third-party content
If you record, photograph, stream, or publish the service screen (including promotional or review videos), you are solely responsible for handling any third-party content captured in it (including incidental thumbnails, titles, or logos) and for clearing any rights needed. We are not responsible for any secondary use of videos or images you create or publish.
5. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited conduct includes violating laws, infringing the rights of third parties, unauthorized access, placing excessive load on the service, and any other conduct we deem inappropriate.
6. Fees and automatic renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. You are charged at sign-up and automatically renewed every month thereafter. Fees and plan contents are as shown on the pricing page. Prices and details may change without notice; any change applies from the next renewal.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. After cancellation you keep access to the paid features until the end of your already-paid period; automatic renewal then stops and you switch to the Free plan. Because the service provides ongoing digital content, we generally do not provide refunds, including prorated refunds for the already-purchased period. Once you move to the Free plan, data beyond the Free plan limit becomes locked (it is not deleted immediately) and is deleted after about one month. You can export (back up) any data you need in advance.
8. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your account. Deletion removes all of your data — including bookmarks, thumbnails, settings, and referral benefits — and it generally cannot be restored. Deletion requests are handled via the Support window.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court that has jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed. We will announce material changes by an appropriate method.
